This foundation, marked by a moderate to high clay content, retains the life-giving moisture that sustains the vines through hot, arid summers. Every grape is hand-picked and carefully delivered to the cellar in small bins, safeguarding their precious essence.

The very heart of Moedi Rose 2023 lies in our approach. Grapes are whole bunch pressed, a method that orchestrates limited juice-to-skin contact, resulting in a gentle reduction of colour extraction.
